Disclaimer tho, fries and unhealthy foods like buttered toast with chocolate syrup plastered all over, are not what we are talking about here
However, one of the drawbacks of losing weight through dieting is feeling hungry all the time, meaning most diet would fail because when you get too hungry you go back to your comfort food, which most times are treats, which just takes you away from the goal of weight loss completely
